For Ethereum, there are 'wizards' that allow you to deploy tokens near-automatically. These help to ease development and lower the barrier to deployment for people who have ideas but are intimidated by the amount of code required.

This would be a Discord bot which you could talk to in order to deploy a Stellar token. By supplying the right information and answering several prompts, your token will be deployed to the address you specify at the end.
