Overall Feedback
• The project seems ready and capable of building this solution, but I am not able to see the feasibility of their business model long-term. Would like to see more information on their vision for long-term growth.
Long-Term Business Model:
Our (long-term) business model around the tokenlaunchpad is based on services we offer to our clients, including, but not limited to:
Product & Ecosystem Value
• The product seems similar to CheeseCake Labs Sandbox. However, offering tokenization as a service can be beneficial for ecosystem growth.
• more information on selling the platform, not just developing it
CheeseCake Labs Sandbox is a great solution. We will make the Tokenlaunchpad Open Source and allow everyone to extend it for their own use case and integrate it in own platforms and applications. Another differentiator is, that in our case, no login is required and the deployment works with non-custodial wallets and as such, the solution is more open and accessible.
About selling the platform: please see above, "Long-Term Business Model".
Technical Architecture
• The documentation is well-written and presented. Includes information details on Soroban token contract implementation yet lacks architectural diagram.
Architectural diagram has been added to the description.
Deliverable and Budget
• Unclear how milestones differ in outcomes
We extended the description below, the short summary is:
MVP: Tokenlaunchpad is live, deployment of generic tokens works (but no security tokens and no token management)
V1: MVP + support to deploy security tokens with features such as whitelisting. + support for albedo and freight. tokens support only deployment, no token management
V1.1: V1 + support token management (not just deployment, but also minting, burning and other functionality) and support for custom networks.
Team and Experience
• The project seems capable of completing deliverables but has no proper social proof or links.
Cryptix is a swiss-based Web3 venture builder with currently about 6k followers on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/cryptix-ag/).
In the last years, we built various Web3 ventures, including a cryptocurrency exchange, a layer 1 blockchain, a cybersecurity venture, a web3 marketing agency and many more.
Related to the tokenlaunchpad, we want to highlight two ventures:
- Equito, a modern financial institution, MiFID II regulated broker under European (Slovenien) law (https://equito.co)
- Rocksolid Estate, a real estate tokenization project (https://rocksolidestate.com)
The beta version of the tokenlaunchpad has been launched a few weeks ago and therefore, the traction is just starting. We also haven't started to really promote it, so there are just a few articles online, such as:
https://www.einpresswire.com/article/686892491/cryptix-launches-tokenlaunchpad-a-new-app-allowing-users-to-instantly-create-custom-tokens-on-various-blockchains
More to come in the upcoming months.
V2: Token Management done
V2.1: NFT Support
V2.2: Open Source and extensibility
In parallel, our main focus will be on tokenizing real world assets. We have a few projects in the pipeline and the next security tokenization project with monthly payouts via the blockchain is planned to go live in Q1 2024. We will use the tokenlaunchpad to issue and manage the tokens. Parts of the service fees we charge will be used for the further development of the tokenlaunchpad.

Armin is the CEO of Cryptix and a Web3 and Cybersecurity enthusiast. He sees vast potential in tokenizing real-world assets and using the blockchain to build a more fair, open, transparent, and efficient financial system. His background ranges from software engineering to IT infrastructures and cybersecurity. He has been part of Cryptix since its foundation; he founded and led Cryptix Labs, the R&D center of Cryptix. He helped the company grow to about 40 employees and delivered multiple successful Web3 and blockchain projects with the team. Before Cryptix, Armin was self-employed, worked as a consultant in a big IT company, and led multiple successful product and innovation teams. He is a strong cybersecurity, privacy, and open-source advocate.
Mateusz, Senior Software Engineer
Mateusz has several years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong focus on frontend development. He had leading roles in developing frontends for a cryptocurrency exchange, a broker, and real-world asset tokenization projects. He builds the frontend of the tokenlaunchpad.
Simon, Senior Software Engineer
Simon is a results-oriented software engineer with 13+ years of experience, including web3, blockchain, smart contract, backend, and frontend development. Stellar Tokenlaunchpad is an open, free, extensible, and easy-to-use web application to issue tokens on Stellar and manage them. It allows its users to create and deploy various types of tokens on Stellar in less than one minute. The application will support generic and security tokens and can be easily extended to support even more. It will use native digital assets on Stellar and tokens based on Soroban smart contracts. Registering or logging in is unnecessary as it is completely decentralized. Later, it is also planned to be open-source and allow everyone to host the application on their own servers.
What Problem it solves:
Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization is one of the big trends in the blockchain industry and it is one of the best use cases which brings real benefits and advantages to its users. Cryptix (https://cryptix.ag/) and the Cryptix Tokenization (https://tokenlaunchpad.eu/) team already did several tokenization projects and have a clear focus on tokenizing Securities, e.g. tokenization of bonds or real estate (e.g. https://rocksolidestate.com/). Part of the Cryptix Group is Equito (https://equito.co/), a MiFID II licensed broker in Europe, which allows Cryptix to deliver full service for tokenization projects - from legal and organizational structure to prospectus creation to technical implementation and placing securities on a platform.
The process of tokenizing RWA consists of several steps, including organizational changes, prospectus creation and many more, which are mostly independent from technology and the tokenization itself. The creation of the token itself is a quite simple and fast process, but it is still hard for users to experience tokens, learn how they work and try it ("play around with tokens").
The Stellar Tokenlaunchpad allows everyone to create a token and try the different functionalities. It is a great tool to showcase tokens and can also be used to train users on how to work with tokens. This token creation can basically be done with various tools (e.g. laboratory, cli), but existing tools are often to complicated for users. Therefore, an easy to use application will help users to try and test tokenization and also to use it for the deployment of the real token on the mainnet.
The platform will be available at stellar.tokenlaunchpad.eu and will later on be published as open source on github so that it can also be modified by everyone. It will also be possible to add additional token types, such as a "Proof-of-Attendance" Token, a course certificate or any other asset. Besides being open source, it will also be possible to self-host it through the prepared docker images.
In addition to the Stellar Tokenlaunchpad, there will be various information for users to learn more about tokenization and get information about the tokenization of securities, including webinars and workshops. This content creation is already ongoing and information is published on the website https://tokenlaunchpad.eu/
Summarizing, the main goals of the Stellar Tokenlaunchpad are:
Give users a super simple (non-authenticated, no-registration needed) tool to create and deploy various types of tokens (generic and security) on Stellar.
Learn and experience Tokens on Testnet and Public (mainnet)
Add other token types by extending the source (e.g. a "Proof-of-Attendance" token, an NFT, ...)
