triiyo is a HR SaaS solution designed to support employees through the entire work-life cycle. Problem
triiyo serves the Australian market with a high immigration rate; almost one-third of the population was born overseas.
India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Italy, and Malaysia make up ~9% (~2M); Latin population is ~0.5% or ~128,450. This makes the market for one of the world’s most unbanked populations desirable.
Psychotherapy in one’s native language aids emotional expression, so foreign employees prefer mental health professionals back home.
triiyo aims to connect these professionals with Australian employees, delivering assistance in the users' native language, respecting unique cultural backgrounds.
Coordinating international payments can be daunting, costly, and complex. triiyo's challenge is to ensure providers worldwide get paid cost-effectively, leveraging blockchain without its complexity.
Solution
triiyo will develop a new well-being marketplace to connect mental health professionals overseas with employees.
Using Stellar for storing and moving money, triiyo will build and embed a non-custodial wallet with invoicing capabilities for mental health professionals while making it seamless for employees in Australia to pay using Australian Dollars.

triiyo’s B2B platform has onboarded 9 high-profile corporate customers with access to over 8k employees, including household names such as Regional NSW Government, CitiBank, Fujifilm and Fred Hollows, among others.
triiyo’s B2C/B2C2B platform has over 100 companies signed up during pre-launch.
The team consists of CEO/Founder, CTO, Product Owner & Software Engineer, Marketing Executive and an external development team which are turned on/off as required, plus external consultants for projects such as Marketing Strategy, SEO Strategy, UX/UI Design, Product Management. Accounting and Legal matters are outsourced.

Rebecca’s career started in the Wellness Industry as a personal trainer and creator of Slimfit, a website dedicated to 1:1 fitness and nutrition programs. Following an exit, she spent the next 10 years in recruitment, talent and HR consulting; Rebecca identified an opportunity for a platform that supports employees through life events in work to drive employee engagement, productivity and retention.

Nicolas Elvino, Product Owner and Software Developer
